MELD is an Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) compatible blockchain using a novel block rewards model. It is designed to allow existing EVM developers, as well as new developers, an easy and familiar way to onboard and develop dApps.

MELD Smart Contracts are written in EVM standard languages such as Solidity and popular IDEs such as Remix, Hardhat, and Foundry can be used for development and deployment.
